Have you been searching for the best phones under 50000 naira?

Look no more… Here are the top, affordable and best mobile phones below ₦50,000 in Nigeria updated in 2018.

I get loads of emails and messages where readers of Naijaknowhow blog seek expert advice on choosing the best phones between N40,000 to N50,000 naira in Nigeria.

In response to this, I want to help myself cut the loads of answer I dish out each time a person asks for my help.

So:

I was motivated to write this helpful and evergreen article on the best phones you can buy below 50k price range in Nigeria.

These are the best flagship phones available in the Nigerian mobile market and they are carefully handpicked by me.

Looking at the pace prices of smartphones are scaling up in the mobile village, you will agree with me that;

…finding a phone with the latest specs and features is difficult if you consider your budget.

There are certain things you need to consider when buying a new phone in Nigeria, aside from big battery that can last you the whole day, another thing to strongly consider is the cost of the phone you will be buying.

In one of my earlier article, I shared a full long list of the cheapest Android phones in Nigeria, I think you should have a peek at it when you’re done reading this article.

Back to this post…

I visited an offline gadget store to refresh my head on the prices of the latest smartphones in Naija, what I saw marvelled me…

Prices of phones aren’t pocket-friendly at all!!!

cheapest phones guaranteed

With that in check,

I have carefully listed all the top Android smartphones under ₦50000 naira for you and these phones will sure feature all the predicted specs in 2018. In this post, you’ll find phones with a minimum of 2GB RAM, a reasonable battery capacity and lot more.

Disclaimer: Please do not expect these budget phones between 40k to 50k naira to be as good as the Samsung Galaxy S8, iPhone 7 etc (That’s what I call Ojukokoro in Yoruba).

₦50,000 naira won’t get you that kind of Android device with crazy specs. If you want, then watch out for my ultimate list of phones between ₦100,000 to ₦200,000 naira or see the list of the best Android phones to buy in Nigeria.

  2. The Redmi 5 is value for money. I strongly recommend it from personal experience. Battery life is fantastic, picture quality good and durable.
