This problem only occurred in a limited number of cases but clearly, it was enough to pull the update. Samsung is already on a new version of the update which they expect to be made available very soon.

The impact of the buggy update is somewhat limited due to the fact that the buggy software was not distributed worldwide. It’s surprising that this would happen after months of beta testing the update but the early detection of the problem has left enough room for redemption.
